Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate Client Relationships: Nurture existing clients and develop new ones through thorough needs assessments and tailored solutions.
  • Deliver Proposals and Quotes: Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to maximize revenue.
  • Stay Competitive: Stay sharp on industry trends, competitor moves, and product updates.

Requirements:

  • Proven Sales Success: Ideal experience in roofing or construction.
  • Effective Communication: Strong negotiation skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sales Passion: Passionate about smashing sales goals and learning new techniques.
  • Reliable Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • CRM Experience: CRM experience is a plus.

Compensation: Competitive base pay + commission, based on experience and performance. Estimated annual salary: $60,000 - $80,000.
