We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team at Sun Technologies as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Log all incoming calls and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Add new customers to our database as necessary and ensure their information is up-to-date.
- Follow up on delivery of requested items and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Answer questions and troubleshoot customer issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Participate in after-hours dispatching when scheduled and provide support to customers outside of regular business hours.
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Computer entry experience necessary.
- Ability to read and analyze documents such as customer orders.
- Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and customers alike.
- Ability to help with the training of employees.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out oral and written instructions.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
