Glen Park Senior Living is looking for a friendly and organized Front Office Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client and Visitor Relations: Greet clients, visitors, and guests, determine the purpose of their visit, and direct or escort them to the appropriate location.
  • Phone Reception: Answer, screen, and direct phone calls; take messages and schedule appointments as needed.
  • Security Monitoring: Monitor the visual security system and audio security doors to ensure resident safety and prevent elopement risks.
  • Office Administration: Manage front office operations, ensuring smooth daily functionality.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or caregiving role. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with current first aid and CPR certification.

Estimated Salary: $48,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Comprehensive benefits package includes dental and vision insurance, medical plan, paid vacation time, paid sick leave, life insurance coverage, retirement pension plan, and selected holidays.
