The Associate Director, Strategy will lead the development of media strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement. This role will be responsible for managing a team of media planners and strategists, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute media strategies that meet business objectives
- Manage a team of media planners and strategists to deliver high-quality work
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns
- Provide input to client to help shape their marketing priorities
- Develop a daily relationship with appropriate clients on assigned brands
- Oversee overall media strategy, approach, and plan on each account
- Manage the media channel mix and initial budget allocation & rationale
- Represent the interests of other capability teams in client and agency partner meetings
- Push for continuous improvement of self, team, and client deliverables
Qualifications:
- 6+ years media planning experience
- 1+ years HCP media planning and media strategy experience
- 2+ years management experience
- 1+ year of cross-channel media planning experience
- Familiarity with standard media research and planning tools (e.g. Clear Decisions)
- 1+ years previous pharma media experience, across a diverse set of conditions, disease states, and audiences (DTC, HCP, Payer)
