  • Manage a team of RN Case Managers to ensure quality care is delivered">
  • Ensure adherence to Agency policies and regulatory requirements">
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • ">
  • An active RN license">
  • Experience in nursing, preferably in a home care or related field">
  • Supervisory experience, with a focus on case management">
  • Strong communication and leadership skills">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team">
