Customer Service Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a 2X10 Call Center Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and selling new products and services to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts in a courteous and professional manner
- Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues
- Research and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure excellent customer service
- Utilize technology and systems to complete account management tasks
- Document and process customer claims in a timely and accurate manner
- Escalate customer issues to management as needed
- Attend training and meetings to stay up-to-date on company knowledge, systems, and processes
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with data-entry and computer systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
