Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a 2X10 Call Center Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and selling new products and services to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts in a courteous and professional manner
  • Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues
  • Research and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure excellent customer service
  • Utilize technology and systems to complete account management tasks
  • Document and process customer claims in a timely and accurate manner
  • Escalate customer issues to management as needed
  • Attend training and meetings to stay up-to-date on company knowledge, systems, and processes

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with data-entry and computer systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
