Job Summary:

As a key member of the Aire Serv team, the Office Manager plays a vital role in representing the company on support calls and handling service requests and customer complaints. This position requires a self-motivated and energetic individual who can provide exceptional customer service and effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities:
  • Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Scheduling appointments and assigning daily work/calls to other team members
  • Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business
  • Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints
  • Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, and preparing and reviewing purchase orders
  • Perform other duties as needed, including cross-training in related positions

Requirements:
  • Minimum two years of admin experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently
  • General computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office
  • Typing skills are a plus
