In this pivotal role, reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will lead a team responsible for overseeing the global processes related to technical revenue and essential accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the comprehensive accounting, business, and system processes ensuring adherence to revenue recognition standards (ASC 606) while analyzing and reporting revenue metrics for the organization.
  2. Conduct technical research and analysis on significant revenue agreements, drafting technical memoranda to support accounting positions.
  3. Evaluate monthly and quarterly revenue outcomes for precision and thoroughness, communicating findings to the executive leadership team.
  4. Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external auditors, as well as cross-functional teams, regarding gross to net revenue.
  5. Continuously review processes and implement enhancements.
  6. Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to refine and implement functional improvements to system reports and processes.
  7. Lead the integration of various processes across legacy systems.
  8. Approve and assess SOX controls and manage internal and external PBC requests.
  9. Mentor and guide a team of 3-4 senior analysts.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of experience in accounting and revenue roles within high-tech or related sectors.
  • Experience with revenue transactions involving distributors and OEM customers in the semiconductor industry is advantageous.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel skills and possess strong analytical capabilities.
  • Familiarity with SAP and Oracle Cloud environments is a plus. Solid understanding of ASC 606 is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and revenue recognition principles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred. Experience with Big 4 firms is beneficial.
