Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Materials Sales Representative to join our team at VSS Emultech. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, including bid specification reviews, estimate development, and proposal creation.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely and accurate completion of work.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of pavement preservation and paving industry trends, products, and services.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in the construction materials industry, preferably with a focus on pavement preservation and paving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction materials and processes, including pavement preservation and paving.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with sales management software and CRM systems.
