About KWCH/KSCW

KWCH is seeking a high-level consultant to join our team and drive growth in local broadcast and digital revenue. Our ideal candidate is a high-energy, creative individual with expertise in integrated marketing and advertising. As a Multi-Media Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling KWCH and KSCW, as well as a suite of digital products, including OTT, SEO, paid search, audience targeting, audio streaming, and social media.

Job Summary

We are looking for a smart and self-motivated individual to join our sales team in Wichita, KS. As the dominant media company in the area, we offer comprehensive marketing tools, both on-air and online. Your duties will include researching opportunities, generating sales leads, managing an active pipeline of potential revenue, and owning the full sales cycle from prospect to close.

Responsibilities
  • Research opportunities and generate or follow up on sales leads
  • Manage an active pipeline of potential revenue
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospect to close
  • Provide expert insights and recommendations to build productive relationships
  • Maintain a consistent customer pipeline and forecast with accuracy
  • Design, write, and present marketing presentations
  • Meet or exceed sales expectations, goals, and budgets
  • Manage your book of business using multiple CRM and client management tools
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively internally
Qualifications
  • College degree in digital marketing or advertising or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of outside B2B sales experience
  • Effective prospecting and revenue pipeline-building skills
  • Account management experience
  • Understanding of the digital environment, including targeted display, social media, OTT, email marketing, SEO, and paid search
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to think critically and design solutions for complex problems
  • Be teachable and open to best practices and feedback
  • Be consistent at delivering results through perseverance and a positive outlook
