The Trade Desk is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the health of agency holding group and/or independent agency relationships as a strategic advisor, guiding problem-solving discussions and providing best-in-class client services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing innovative solutions to drive revenue growth.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans that meet client objectives and drive business growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Account Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high levels of performance and growth.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth and expansion.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of client projects.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing client relationships.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
