Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our corporate team. As a key member of our accounting operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth processing of invoices and payments.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Process and review invoice vouchers for payment, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including responding to inquiries and setting up new vendors in our accounting system.
  • Maintain accurate records of payments and transactions, including vendor/supplier data.
  • Contribute to an effective control environment for our accounting operations.
  • Prepare month-end and year-end close reports for management and internal customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in accounting or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors and colleagues.
  • A reliable and responsible attitude, with a commitment to quality and attention to detail.
