Job Title: Provider Liaison

We are seeking a highly motivated and accomplished Provider Liaison to join our US Neurology/Epilepsy team.

About the Role
  • Represent UCB's neurology products to leading epileptologists, neurologists, and Epilepsy Centers.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan to drive growth in the territory.
  • Collaborate with internal UCB partners to motivate business within accounts.
  • Develop extensive clinical knowledge of epilepsy and our products.
  • Coordinate formulary approval processes at key institutions and hospitals in the territory.
  • Assist patients and offices with access and affordability questions.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct sales calls with physicians and care providers to provide compliant solutions for patient needs.
  • Collaborate with UCB teammates to maximize UCB's impact within the region.
  • Build relationships with key influencers in epilepsy and serve as UCB's primary point of contact.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical or biotech selling experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of specialty selling experience.
  • Valid U.S. Driver's license with no more than two moving violations in the last three years.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience selling and marketing products in neurology.
  • Documented track record of success.
  • Experience in hospital and/or clinical account management.
  • Existing relationships with key stakeholders within the territory.
  • Demonstrated effective guidance and collaboration skills.
