Job Overview

MCM & Associates LLC is on the lookout for a dedicated Hospice Liaison to enhance our Sales Team. This full-time position focuses on the South Bay area of Los Angeles County.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a vital link between families and the agency throughout the admission journey.
  • Develop and maintain a robust network of referral sources to support the facility and achieve the agency's census and program objectives.
  • Assist the team in crafting and executing sales and marketing strategies, as well as public relations initiatives that reflect the vision and mission of MCM & Associates LLC.
  • Actively identify potential clients and families who may benefit from our hospice services.
  • Facilitate the referral process for patients initiating hospice care.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred degree in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Healthcare or Marketing-related role.
  • Experience in hospice care is a plus.
  • Must possess a current and valid driver's license.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Spanish or Tagalog is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 annually

Relocation:

Work Location: Primarily on the road.
