Job Overview

MCM & Associates LLC is in search of a dedicated Hospice Liaison to enhance our Sales Team. This full-time role will focus on the South Bay area of Los Angeles County.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a vital link between families and the agency throughout the admission phase.
  • Develop and maintain a robust network of referral sources to support the agency's objectives and ensure optimal patient census.
  • Assist the team in crafting and executing marketing strategies and public relations initiatives that align with the mission and vision of MCM & Associates LLC.
  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients and families interested in our hospice services.
  • Facilitate the referral process for patients initiating hospice care.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred degree in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Healthcare or Marketing-related role.
  • Experience in hospice care is a plus.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills are essential.
  • Fluency in Spanish or Tagalog is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 annually

Language Skills:

Relocation:

  • Must be willing to relocate before starting work.
