This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the performance optimization and future success of assigned branches. The successful candidate will provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure the delivery of quality services that align with the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the performance optimization and future success of assigned branches
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure the delivery of quality services
  • Ensure sound financial performance and operational excellence
  • Develop and execute strategic and operational plans, programs, policies, and procedures in accordance with state requirements and community needs
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and manage budgets, revenue, and expense planning
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community partners and government agencies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive

Requirements:

  • Masters level degree in Social Work, Human Services, or equivalent field of study from an accredited college
  • Active professional licensure for the respective region (e.g. LCSW - C, LISW, LMSW), required if applicable based on licensing
  • At least seven (7) years of experience overseeing child and family welfare programs with demonstrated leadership, management, and budget development experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated clinical, therapeutic, and crisis intervention skills
  • Ability to work independently and exercise a high level of confidentiality
  • Demonstrated understanding of and a strong commitment to the company's values and unique identity
  • Demonstrated commitment to high professional, ethical standards, with a high level of personal motivation, integrity, and initiative
  • Proven ability to create and execute strategic and operational plans, programs, policies, and procedures in accordance with state requirements and community needs
  • Computer skills sufficient to perform essential functions, including knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
