About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Key Carrier and Coordinator to join our team at Marshalls. As a Key Carrier, you will be responsible for leading the store team and ensuring that all aspects of the store are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and promote a positive internal and external customer experience.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that all store operations are executed according to company guidelines and procedures.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coach store associates to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities and providing excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure that merchandise is properly displayed and organized.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with management and associates to ensure that priorities are set and progress is updated.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 6 months of leadership experience in a retail environment.
  • Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and solve problems in a timely and effective manner.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to the success of the store.
