Role of a Bilingual On-Site Specialist:

The Bilingual On-Site Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of the client's On-Site program. This position requires independent judgment and discretion to effectively guide the activities of all associates, ensuring that performance goals are met or surpassed. Responsibilities include coaching, counseling, and, when necessary, managing associate terminations. Building strong relationships with temporary associates is essential to reinforce their commitment to the client and uphold the employer-associate relationship. All employees are expected to support and promote the company's mission and core beliefs while delivering Superior Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a strong partnership with the client's management team.
  • Foster effective relationships with all stakeholders to anticipate future staffing needs and recruit temporary resources accordingly.
  • Communicate proficiently, both verbally and in writing, with client personnel, temporary associates, and company staff.
  • Regularly engage with client supervisory personnel to ensure satisfaction with associate performance and address any concerns.
  • Collaborate with branch, regional, and corporate teams to meet client performance expectations.
  • Assist in identifying and assigning temporary associates who meet the client's job skill standards.
  • Maintain consistent communication with the pool of temporary associates regarding their availability for future assignments.
  • Address client and temporary associate concerns promptly, recommending and implementing solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Complete injury reports and assist injured workers in obtaining medical treatment in accordance with company policies.
  • Conduct new hire orientations to ensure all associates understand relevant company policies and safety protocols.
  • Balance time effectively between client supervisors, management, and associates on the production floor.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual: fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions to communicate and resolve issues with urgency.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and strong computer skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
