Job Summary

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Esthetician to join our team. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality facial treatments to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-level services to members and guests, ensuring a positive and relaxing experience.
  • Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on client skin care goals, utilizing your expertise in skin care and product knowledge.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training, staying up-to-date on the latest advancements in skin care and spa services.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals, promoting our membership model and encouraging client referrals.
  • Maintain a clean and professional environment, adhering to our high standards of hygiene and safety.
Requirements:
  • Strong retail and in-room upgrade record, demonstrating your ability to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Liability insurance, ensuring you are properly protected and able to work with confidence.
  • Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines, allowing you to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients.
