Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Systems Analyst to provide essential technical support to our users. This role involves assisting end users primarily through our IT ticketing system and on-call support. The Systems Analyst will engage with users to thoroughly understand their challenges and either resolve them or escalate to the appropriate IT personnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, modify, and enhance programming systems, including coding, testing, debugging, and installation to support organizational application systems.
  • Collaborate with users to identify existing operational procedures and clarify program objectives, utilizing knowledge of industry-standard concepts and practices.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with IT concepts and practices.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong technical comprehension.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities.
