Role Summary of a Bilingual On-Site Specialist:
The On-Site Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing the success and efficiency of the client's On-Site program. This position requires independent judgment and discretion to effectively manage the activities of all associates, ensuring that performance goals are consistently met or surpassed. Responsibilities include coaching, counseling, and, when necessary, managing the employment status of associates. Building strong relationships with temporary associates is essential to reinforce their commitment to the client. All employees are expected to uphold and promote the company's mission and core values while delivering Superior Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities of a Bilingual On-Site Specialist:
- Establish and maintain a strong partnership with the client's management team.
- Develop effective relationships with all stakeholders to anticipate future requirements and recruit temporary staff accordingly.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with client personnel, temporary associates, and company staff.
- Regularly engage with the client's supervisory team to ensure satisfaction with associate performance and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with branch, regional, and corporate teams to meet client performance standards.
- Assist in identifying and assigning temporary associates who meet the client's job skill requirements.
- Maintain ongoing communication with the pool of temporary associates to confirm their availability for upcoming assignments.
- Address client and temporary associate concerns promptly, recommending and implementing solutions as needed.
- Complete injury reports and facilitate medical treatment for injured workers in accordance with company policies.
- Conduct orientations for new hires to ensure compliance with company policies and safety protocols.
- Balance time effectively between client supervisors, management, and associates on the production floor.
Qualifications for a Bilingual On-Site Specialist:
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions to communicate and resolve issues with urgency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and strong computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
