Salary: Up to $65,000/year

Position Summary:

We are in search of a motivated individual to assist in the navigation of client benefits. The Case Manager Specialist plays a crucial role in collaborating with various agency departments to manage client funds, including Social Security Benefits, Medicaid, Workability, leases/HUD, subsidy applications, and DDD processes. This role serves as the primary contact for individuals, families, financial institutions, the Social Security Administration, and other external organizations.

The Case Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure proper documentation for residency agreements, leases, subsidy letters, and individual contributions to care are maintained accurately.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED with college coursework in Accounting
  • Preferred: Degree in Accounting
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Understanding of Social Security and Medicaid eligibility criteria
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
