Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Analyst to join our team at Vensure Employer Solutions. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with questions and issues related to our software application, including resolving support requests and troubleshooting issues.
  • Identify and escalate application defects and priority issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Interact with clients to provide information and resolve inquiries, concerns, and requests about our products and services.
  • Offer alternative solutions to prevent disruption in client activities and maintain client confidence.
  • Stay current with system information, changes, updates, and new releases to provide expert support.
  • Collaborate with the QA department to ensure product testing and quality assurance.
  • Contribute to written documentation and provide training to internal employees and clients.
Requirements
  • Experience with PrismHR, HRPyramid, or other PEO or ASO software is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, including payroll, benefits, and human resources.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • 1-3 years' experience in a customer support position is desired, but not required.
