About the Role
As a Senior Sales Leader - Aerospace Industry, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals in driving revenue growth with tier-1 suppliers in the aerospace sector. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in aerospace or a related industry, you will bring deep knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth with tier 1 suppliers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their unique needs and delivering effective solutions.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing sales team culture, conducting regular coaching sessions to enhance team skills and morale.
- Guide the preparation and submission of proposals and bids, ensuring they meet both customer and company standards while adhering to regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in aerospace or a related industry, with experience in managing teams, and a record of success working with tier 1 or defense contractor accounts.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead a sales team effectively, with strong team-building, mentoring, and organizational skills.
- Aerospace Knowledge: Deep understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What We Offer
Amtec Direct Hire offers a competitive salary range of $125,000 - $165,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
