Position Overview:


As a Customer Support Specialist, you will engage with a diverse array of individuals over the phone.

Your main responsibility will be to deliver outstanding customer service, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently. You will collaborate with a dynamic team, where effective communication is vital. The role requires in-person attendance with a schedule of weekends from 3 pm to 11 pm.

Key Responsibilities include:

Accountability: Take charge of customer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
Comply with call center policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Engage in continuous training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Teamwork: Foster collaboration, cooperation, and mutual respect among team members.
Work alongside colleagues and supervisors to exchange insights, best practices, and customer feedback.
Strive to meet team and individual performance goals and celebrate achievements together.

Exceptional Service: Aim to provide remarkable service experiences to customers on every interaction.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product or service information.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of parking services to assist customers effectively.
Address customer needs and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance service quality and exceed customer expectations.

Effective Communication: Interact with customers in a clear, empathetic, and professional manner.
Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to share insights and best practices.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary and follow up on resolutions.
Provide feedback on customer trends and issues to enhance service delivery.

Profitability: Accurately record and maintain detailed customer information and interactions in the CRM system.
Identify opportunities to enhance revenue through customer retention.
Contribute to cost-effective operations by optimizing call handling processes.
Utilize resources efficiently to ensure profitability.

Your Profile:
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, possesses strong phone etiquette, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
Prior experience in customer service or call center environments is advantageous.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to manage high call volumes and stressful situations with patience and professionalism.
Proficiency in CRM software and call center technology.
