PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver exceptional customer support by accurately interpreting customer inquiries and providing suitable solutions.
  • Oversee order processing and maintain communication with customers regarding their orders or projects.
  • Coordinate the shipping of orders as necessary and address any shipping-related questions.
  • Comply with company policies while exercising sound judgment in assisting with order placements, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers.
  • Efficiently manage workload and prioritize tasks effectively.

Assemble LV harnesses in accordance with provided schematics and diagrams.

REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Gmail, ERP, and CRM software.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Automotive EV drive systems and their components.
  • Previous experience in sales and technical support roles.
  • Familiarity with EV assembly processes is a plus.
  • Experience in 12V audio installations is highly regarded.
