Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our wholesale and retail customers, answering their questions about our products, and recommending the right solutions. You will also be expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to wholesale and retail customers
  • Answer customer questions about Sherwin-Williams products and recommend solutions
  • Promptly resolve customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction
  • Work closely with store associates to determine customer needs and provide solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with product features and maintain high-quality and visual standards of the products and store
  • Achieve excellent customer service while consistently meeting sales goals
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish

  • Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
  • Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
  • Have at least a High School diploma or GED
  • Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
  • Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products
  • Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
