The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching, excellent people skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This role involves collaborating with the center team members and families to achieve our goals, while also staying connected with the Area Developer (Franchisee) and KidStrong HQ team members.

A competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per year awaits the successful candidate, along with other benefits such as family membership for your child(ren), ongoing professional development, and the chance to make a real difference in kids' lives every day.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Mastering the numbers, including KPIs and financials.
  • Becoming the friendly face everyone loves to see, building strong relationships with parents and guardians.
  • Maintaining a spotless center and smooth operation.
  • Delegating tasks effectively, ensuring the team is on point and not burnt out.
  • Flexing your weekly schedule to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend shift.
