We are seeking a compassionate and energetic individual to join our team as a Caregiver Assistant. This role is a vital link between residents, care staff, and other facility staff, requiring a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Personal Care
    • Dressing and grooming residents
    • Bathing and hygiene assistance
    • Oral and skin care
    • Feeding and nutrition support
  • Assistance with Daily Activities
    • Making beds and maintaining a clean living environment
    • Toileting assistance and incontinence care
    • Taking vital signs and monitoring resident health
  • Documentation and Communication
    • Accurate and timely documentation of resident care and activities
    • Effective communication with care staff, residents, and family members
