About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to the Head of USI Advisor Marketing. This is a unique opportunity to join a premier asset manager focused on delivering global investment management excellence and retirement services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Head of USI Advisor Marketing, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and engagement with high-level managers.
  • Exercise confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy when completing tasks and interacting with senior leaders.
  • Direct the work of less experienced support staff and assign tasks as needed.
  • Provide thoughtful and tactful support to managers during the implementation of new processes and policies.
  • Work effectively with others to ensure seamless support and coverage when necessary.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of total relevant work experience, with a focus on calendar management and administrative support.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer

T. Rowe Price is committed to providing a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $65,000.00 - $111,500.00 for California and New York locations, $57,500.00 - $98,000.00 for Washington, D.C. locations, and $52,500.00 - $89,000.00 for Colorado, Maryland, Washington, and all other US locations. Employees may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus, determined upon company and individual performance.
