Position Overview:

We are in search of a proactive and skilled Patient Experience Coordinator who will play a vital role in enhancing our patient-centered approach. The ideal candidate will have a background in medical office operations and possess strong interpersonal skills. We value professionalism, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail. This position requires an energetic individual who is organized, reliable, and excels in a customer service environment. The responsibilities encompass a variety of administrative tasks, patient engagement, and support for our medical staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure outstanding experiences for both patients and healthcare providers.
  • Create a welcoming environment that fosters positive interactions between patients and the medical team.
  • Manage clinic hours, patient communications, appointment scheduling, and payment processing.
  • Identify areas for improvement in patient services and workflow, proposing actionable solutions.
  • Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and voicemail.
  • Coordinate appointments for new and existing patients.
  • Assist in verifying insurance eligibility and benefits with the authorization team.
  • Contribute to a seamless patient experience from arrival to departure.
  • Facilitate patient intake processes and manage medical documentation.
  • Support the clinical team by rooming patients and assisting with necessary clinical tasks.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls effectively.
  • Assist in managing inventory of clinical supplies.
  • Ensure patient rooms are prepared and maintained between visits.
  • Keep the office and patient areas organized and tidy.
  • Manage patient files and documentation efficiently.
  • Perform administrative errands as needed.
  • Handle paperwork scanning and filing duties.

  • Effective communication skills for handling telephone interactions.
  • A degree in healthcare administration or business administration is a plus.
