Key Responsibilities:

- Manage clinic opening and closing procedures, patient communications, appointment scheduling, care coordination, payment collection, and inventory oversight.
- Identify areas for improvement in patient service and office workflow, proposing actionable solutions.
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and voicemail.
- Schedule appointments for both new and existing patients.
- Assist the insurance verification team in confirming eligibility and benefits.
- Contribute to an outstanding patient experience.
- Ensure a seamless arrival and departure process for patients, including profile checks, pre-arrival communications, treatment room readiness, and personalized amenities.
- Support the management of intake and other medical documentation.
- Assist in rooming patients, including aiding those with mobility challenges.
- Collaborate closely with the clinical team to deliver personalized care, ensuring each patient feels uniquely valued.
- Utilize clinical skills to monitor vital signs, conduct tests, and assist in medical procedures.
- Handle incoming and outgoing clinic calls efficiently.
- Assist in managing clinical supply inventory.
- Prepare patient rooms between appointments.
- Maintain a clean and organized office and patient areas.
- Create and manage patient records effectively.
- Perform administrative errands as needed.
- Manage the scanning and filing of documentation.
