  • Manage clinic opening and closing procedures, patient communications, appointment scheduling, care coordination, payment collection, and inventory oversight.
  • Identify areas for improvement in patient service and office workflow, proposing actionable solutions.
  • Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and voicemail.
  • Schedule appointments for both new and existing patients.
  • Assist the insurance verification team in confirming eligibility and benefits.
  • Contribute to an outstanding patient experience.
  • Ensure a seamless arrival and departure process for patients, including profile checks, pre-arrival communications, treatment room readiness, and personalized amenities.
  • Support the management of intake and other medical documentation.
  • Assist in rooming patients, including aiding those with mobility challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with the clinical team to deliver personalized care, ensuring each patient feels uniquely valued.
  • Utilize clinical skills to monitor vital signs, conduct tests, and assist in medical procedures.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing clinic calls efficiently.
  • Assist in managing clinical supply inventory.
  • Prepare patient rooms between appointments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office and patient areas.
  • Create and manage patient records effectively.
  • Perform administrative errands as needed.
  • Manage the scanning and filing of documentation.
