Position Overview

As a vital member of the Sales Team, the Sales Specialist serves as the primary contact for customers, focusing on nurturing customer relationships.

The role involves developing and managing accounts within a designated territory, aiming to maximize sales and increase the volume of Coca-Cola and its affiliated brands through strong customer engagement and exceptional service.


Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a professional representative of CCBCHC to all assigned accounts and potential clients.
  • Execute and finalize all sales calls for the designated sales route.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure compliance with merchandising standards during sales visits.
  • Develop and sustain productive relationships with all accounts by providing relevant sales data and conducting business reviews.
  • Communicate account activities effectively within the organization.
  • Transport and maintain Point of Sale advertising as needed.
  • Ensure the appearance of all equipment and products meets company standards.
  • Monitor competitor activities and report findings.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will possess:
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, capable of engaging with all management levels.
  • Experience managing multiple customer accounts.
  • Attention to detail and effective follow-up skills.
  • A valid driver's license and a driving history that meets company standards.
  • Ability to obtain a Class A CDL.

Education and Experience

A high school diploma or GED is required, with a preference for a four-year college degree. Previous sales experience, particularly in the food and beverage sector, is advantageous.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other sales-related software is expected.


Physical Requirements

This role involves physical activities such as lifting, standing, and walking. Candidates must be able to lift and maneuver items weighing over 50 pounds.
Work Environment

The position requires working in both office and field environments, with occasional travel to various locations. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays may be necessary.
