Position Overview: The Senior Sales Executive for Crop Solutions will play a pivotal role in expanding the market presence of our crop protection and seed offerings within a specified region. This position is tasked with generating demand for Bayer's seed and crop protection products among retailers, dealers, and leading agricultural producers, while achieving annual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales objectives for Bayer products in collaboration with fellow team members.

  • Mentor and support less experienced sales representatives.
