Job Overview

Contractual & commission-based position

Position Summary

As a Field Sales Consultant, you will serve as a contracted sales and training representative for Eminence Organic Skin Care while operating your own business entity. Your primary objective will be to establish new client relationships while consistently enhancing business with current clients. You will collaborate closely with the Inside Sales Representative at Eminence's Central Office to manage complex customer orders, inquiries, and complaints regarding products.

Utilizing your in-depth knowledge of products, availability, sales regions, and individual clients, you will conduct quarterly training sessions for both new and existing customers. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software will be employed to document customer interactions. You will report directly to the Outside Sales Manager at Eminence's Central Office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct training sessions at customer locations on a quarterly basis (lasting between 1.5 – 3 hours every three months)
  • Provide monthly support visits to customers meeting specific revenue benchmarks
  • Deliver monthly training to all new customers for the first three months following their onboarding
  • Assist customers with menu descriptions and operational protocols
  • Engage with each customer annually to set goals for the upcoming year and offer necessary support to help them achieve those objectives
  • Participate in all sales activities required to meet annual sales targets
  • Support customers in placing orders, including guidance on using Eminence's B2B online ordering platform
  • Assist customers in leveraging the Eminence Loyalty Program to expand their business
  • Help customers with event planning, merchandising, staff contests, promotions, and advertising strategies
  • Facilitate the completion of Eminence's annual Customer Satisfaction Survey within your assigned territory by explaining its benefits to customers
  • Establish targets for new business and actively prospect the territory to meet those goals
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in your assigned territory and maintain an active lead pipeline
  • Represent Eminence at trade shows as necessary, including following up with leads generated and organizing local staff attendance when required

Qualifications

  • Esthetics License/Certification – required
  • Willingness to travel overnight within the territory and outside as needed – required
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle for assigned territory – required
  • Minimum of 2 years of esthetics experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in training facilitation and/or presentations
  • Valid passport – required
  • Preferred experience with Eminence products in esthetics
  • Preferred experience managing a territory as a Sales Representative
  • Strong sales skills
  • Exceptional computer proficiency (especially in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
