Job Title: Pacific Northwest Regional Sales Director

RefrigiWear, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to lead our Pacific Northwest Region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing national account partnerships, and introducing world-class products to drive new business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet company growth objectives in all new and existing National Accounts within the Pacific Northwest Region
  • Manage B2B national account partnerships with key regional and national accounts
  • Introduce world-class products and provide expert solutions through demonstration to drive new business
  • Manage sales leads and business opportunities through the sales cycle
  • Exceed weekly, monthly and annual KPI's per plan, including but not limited to Sales Calls, Category Growth, and New Business Development
  • Demonstrate a commitment to exceed customer expectations and satisfaction
  • Must be a team player with solid communication skills
  • Attend sales meetings in various locations across the country and, support tradeshow activities as needed
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree from a nationally accredited college or university; and/or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of direct B2B sales experience
  • Organizational skills and the ability to work independently from a home office
  • A history of successfully achieving sales goals and quotas
  • A continuous and verifiable record of integrity, ambition and accountability
  • Results driven, good presentation and negotiation skills

  • Uncapped monthly bonuses: First year estimated $25,000 to $30,000 at plan.
