Job Overview

Position Summary
Drive annual revenue targets through exceptional leadership and management capabilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate sales initiatives and utilize performance metrics to assess, analyze, and enhance the productivity of the sales team.
  • Lead the team to meet yearly sales objectives, boost conversion rates, and uphold accountability for both regional and individual team targets.
  • Serve as the primary contact for escalated cases directed to the Outside Sales Directors within a designated area.
  • Scrutinize all high-net-worth proposals for precision and ensure the integration of memorable experiences and value in each proposal for the assigned region.
  • Oversee all weekly and monthly reporting for the team, including driving follow-ups, quality control checklists, and statistical analyses, while monitoring team performance on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Advocate for effective communication channels across regional teams and throughout the organization.
  • Assess staffing needs and facilitate approved hiring processes, adjusting team compositions as necessary.
  • Handle administrative responsibilities such as approving staff hours and managing PTO schedules.
  • Identify performance gaps, assess staff effectiveness, and promote training initiatives.
  • Evaluate and oversee team performance, providing recommendations for enhancements in processes, procedures, reporting, and technology across all teams.
  • Guide and mentor team members to ensure adherence to company sales and service standards.
  • Maintain the integrity of all sales, purchasing, and pricing frameworks.
  • Offer guidance on financial aspects of bookings as required (e.g., margins, profits) to team members.
  • Manage call queues to guarantee adequate phone coverage.
  • Ensure that familiarization trips are organized to optimize destination and product knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor business cycles to ensure phone coverage during peak sales periods and familiarization trips.
  • Collaborate with Destination Management Companies, third-party suppliers, and internal departments to streamline booking processes, finalize sales, and address quality concerns.
  • Resolve escalated issues with team members.
  • Recommend improvements for processes, procedures, reporting, and technology.
  • Coach and mentor all team members to uphold company sales and service standards.

  • Familiarity with Travel Studio is preferred.
  • Knowledge of global geography.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proven ability to adapt to changing circumstances, procedures, and priorities.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are advantageous.


Education and Experience

  • Minimum of five years of experience in sales or customer service management is preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree is required or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience in the luxury travel sector is preferred.

Special Requirements

  • Availability for evening and weekend hours may be necessary.
  • International travel may be required, and a current passport must be maintained.
