Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process customer purchases, returns, exchanges, and store credits while ensuring the security of cash and other negotiable items.
- Utilize suggestive selling techniques to enhance customer experience and respond effectively to inquiries.
- Assist in restocking merchandise, maintaining store layout, and ensuring cleanliness throughout the store.
- Monitor and maintain floor stock and fitting room areas to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and advertising to provide informed assistance to customers.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and handle merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders and standing for extended periods.
- Proficient use of hands and fingers for handling objects and tools.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
