About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Promotional Review Committee Manager to join our team at Ipsen Pharma. As a key member of our Regulatory Affairs department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our advertising and promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Review and Approval Process: Oversee the end-to-end review and approval lifecycle of promotional materials, utilizing electronic review systems to ensure timely and efficient processing.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Regulatory, Medical, Legal, Marketing, and Agencies to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the review process.
  • Ensure Quality and Compliance: Verify that material submissions meet quality standards prior to circulation to Reviewers and provide proactive guidance where needed to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • PRC Meeting Management: Plan, manage, and facilitate PRC meetings, including agenda planning, calendar management, and capturing consensus outcomes during live discussion meetings.
  • Escalation Process Support: Partner with Brand Leads to support the escalation process and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Training and Development: Provide PRC process training to Agencies, Brand Leads, and Reviewers to ensure adherence to process guidelines and best practices.
  • Project Work and Continuous Improvement: Participate in project work supporting continuous improvement and innovation, and contribute to the development of process improvements and solutions.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred, with 5+ years of experience in equivalent or similar industry, including 3+ years of experience working with promotional review committees or medical review committees.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Veeva systems, Veeva PromoMats, and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), as well as Adobe and proofreading technical documents.
  • Key Competencies: Excellent interpersonal skills, accurate and concise oral communications and writing ability, ability to foster a team environment, and exceptional attention to detail.

The annual base salary range for this position is $91,000-$134,200. This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentives program.
