Job Summary

The Manager, Contracts Review will play a pivotal role in supporting Sarepta's growth and development pipeline. This critical position will interact with various internal stakeholders, including regulatory, research and development, information technology, finance, manufacturing administration, supply chain, and commercial operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate, draft, and manage high-volume specialized agreements for day-to-day operations, including Service Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Consulting Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, Statements of Work, Change Orders, Amendments, Sponsorship Agreements, and Termination notices.
  • Provide support for the negotiation, drafting, and management of Material Transfer Agreements, Sponsored Research Agreements, and Licensing Agreements.
  • Review general inquiries from internal stakeholders about agreements and provide analysis and guidance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience working in or for life sciences companies.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal interaction skills.
  • In-depth computer proficiency skills in MS Office suite.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Strong prioritization skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and efficiently.

This is a hybrid position, requiring on-site work at one of Sarepta's facilities in the United States and/or attendance at Company-sponsored in-person events from time to time.

The targeted salary range for this position is $112,000 - $140,000 per year.
