Position Overview

As a Fragrance Sales Supervisor, your primary objective is to enhance sales and provide exceptional service within the Fragrance department(s). You will leverage your extensive product expertise to develop and inspire a team of associates to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Sales and Customer Experience Manager and beauty vendors to implement company and store events aimed at reaching sales objectives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Align business priorities with daily tasks of all team members by understanding and directing how brand training, events, and product strategies drive sales.
  • Encourage teamwork, exemplify desired behaviors, and clearly communicate activities to meet sales targets and enhance the customer experience.
  • Engage with vendors and store leadership to execute events in accordance with the marketing calendar to fulfill sales plans.
  • Evaluate business performance and devise strategies to surpass daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal, and annual goals.
  • Onboard new team members, assess colleague productivity, provide coaching and feedback, and collaborate with store leadership on team performance.
  • Support a cross-brand selling environment and train the Fragrance team on all unassisted brands and key department items.
  • Deliver compelling customer experiences, opportunities for product discovery, and foster relationships that encourage repeat visits.
  • Utilize our clientele program to build customer relationships, achieve sales goals, and promote product launches.
  • Enhance brand loyalty by engaging customers in our rewards program.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning through personal behaviors, product demonstrations, and peer-to-peer learning.
  • Stay informed on product knowledge by participating in virtual and in-person training from designated brands.
  • Manage new merchandise, process damages, testers, and select items for vendor returns.
  • Comply with safety and hygiene standards; adhere to asset protection protocols.

Physical Requirements

  • Extended periods (at least two consecutive hours) of standing or walking throughout the store or department.
  • Frequent use of computers and handheld electronic devices.
  • Reaching, including above eye level, crouching, kneeling, stooping, and color vision.
  • This role requires lifting, moving, standing, reaching with arms and hands, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs.
