Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients in their homes, including virtual assessments as needed
  • Develop and implement care plans that address the physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs of our patients
  • Train and supervise caregivers to uphold the highest standards of care
  • Collaborate with our business operations team to drive growth and improve patient outcomes
  • Participate in marketing events and share on-call responsibilities with the team
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current state license as an RN
  • Proof of current CPR certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel locally
