We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team at our Santa Fe offices. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing department and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the nursing department, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with other departments.
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer and other senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans for the nursing department.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Develop and manage budgets for the nursing department, ensuring effective use of resources.
  • Recruit, hire, and train nursing staff, ensuring the department has the necessary skills and expertise to deliver high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in nursing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare setting.
  • Proven track record of improving patient outcomes and reducing costs.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and ability to ensure compliance.
