Classic Ford is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales department in achieving exceptional results. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong relationships with customers and employees, and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, employees, and other stakeholders to enhance the sales process
  • Manage the new vehicle inventory, including ordering and dealer trades, to optimize sales opportunities
  • Provide training and support to sales staff to enhance their skills and close deals
  • Oversee all aspects of the sales department, including desk deals, tracking gross logs, and RDR cars
  • Collaborate with upper management to ensure business needs are met and goals are achieved

Requirements:

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Prior automotive sales managerial experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Understanding of inventory control and sales processes
  • Strong computer and phone skills, including proficiency in CRM software
  • Professional and strong work ethic
  • Current, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
