We are seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy parts department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing inventory, forecasting sales, and leading a team of parts personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Analyze sales, expenses, and inventory levels to maintain profit goals and optimize stock levels.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, and supervise parts personnel to ensure efficient and effective department operations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues related to parts orders or inventory.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of parts inventory.
Requirements:
  • Automotive Parts Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an automotive parts management role.
  • Management Experience: Proven track record in managing a team and leading department operations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and management.
  • Computer Proficiency: Proficient in using computer systems and software to manage inventory, track sales, and analyze data.
