At Waites Sensor Technologies, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Hardware Engineer to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop cutting-edge technology and work closely with our engineering team to design, develop, and evaluate electronic hardware components and systems.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to solve unique, challenging problems and develop solutions across a wide range of products and technologies.

We offer an attractive base salary of $120,000 per year, plus a strong history of profit sharing, making this a lucrative career opportunity for the right individual.

In this role, you will be involved in various stages of the hardware development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to prototyping, testing, and production.

We are looking for someone who can work independently with little supervision, while also being a player and a coach for others on the team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organization and problem-solving skills, as well as strong knowledge of digital and analog circuit design principles.

You will be responsible for developing high-quality hardware schematics and PCB layouts, producing relevant and accurate documentation, and working closely with contract manufacturers to ensure product quality.

We are based in Austin, TX, and require relocation or a willingness to relocate. We offer 5% travel, if any, for training, development, and team-building purposes.
