Hardware Test Engineer

Basic Solutions is seeking a skilled Hardware Test Engineer to join our team. This role will oversee the testing and validation of server hardware systems, modules, and devices. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of industry experience in data center equipment testing and be familiar with Linux OS.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per year, based on the location and industry standards.
Responsibilities
Oversee team of lab technicians, triage new tasks and requests.
Create documentation, training materials, and maintain updates.
Coordinate calibrations, EHS findings, project logistics, and facilities maintenance.
Autonomously navigate tasks with minimal guidance while completing work requests.
Requirements
BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, or related Engineering Degree, with 3+ years of industry experience in data center equipment testing.
Familiar with Linux OS.
Experience with server hardware testing.
Skill to gather data with scripts.
Skill to gather, process, and summarize test data and results.
