Job Overview

World Insurance Associates, LLC. is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving our mission to deliver exceptional client management and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high-volume book of insurance business, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on-time.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service, and professional communication.
  • Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies with precision and attention to detail.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, underwriting guidelines, and submission procedures.
  • Review applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.
  • Coordinate expiration lists with department managers to obtain renewal business information.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, preferred.
  • Three years minimum Commercial Account Management experience required.
  • Property & Casualty License required.
  • Valid driver's license and insurance, required.
  • Strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Applied/Epic or similar agency management software experience, preferred.
  • Able to work independently and interact effectively with team members.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Effective written and verbal communication, including active listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and use discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude.
