Job Summary

National Children's Center is seeking a skilled Corporate Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our Professional Development department, you will play a vital role in designing and delivering high-quality training programs that support the growth and development of our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that align with our organization's mission and goals.
  • Collaborate with the Professional Development Manager to identify training needs and develop strategic plans to address them.
  • Design and deliver training programs on a variety of topics, including core competencies, professional development, and subject-specific instruction.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of training materials, including manuals, guides, and online resources.
  • Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs to ensure their effectiveness and impact.
  • Provide support and guidance to staff members on training-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in training and development, including needs assessment, curriculum development, and training delivery.
  • Experience in adult learning and teaching.
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and adult education principles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
