Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our Information Center team at Digital FCU. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to our team members, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Information Center Specialists, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance overall business performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues, improve processes, and implement new initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a contact center or customer service leadership role, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office and contact center software.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
